I was born in Yokuska on a Naval US base and was always told i coukd be whatever I want, except for President of the USA
Navy Brat here, I was told a base regardless of country was American soil. Look at No Name (John Mcain)
my older brother was born on an air force base in Japan. We wer akways told he held duel citizenship until he was 18 when he had to chose.
