Allen Dulles?

I think if I were to make a list of all the people who would most shock me as the Voice of Q, Allen Dulles would be near the top of that list.

The quote above does imply it will be surprising though...

Nevertheless, after having investigated Mr. Dulles pretty thoroughly as an agent of Rockefeller, I think that if Allen Dulles were the Voice of Q (currently hanging out with Himmler et al in South America after they found the fountain of youth e.g.), I'd have to seriously question the motives of Q.
