Biden's endorsing Kamala automatically releases his campaign funds to her. If she then drops out of the race after receiving the funds from Biden, could she endorse yet another person and transfer the funds again? This sounds like the makings of some intricate back-stage maneuverings.

when giuliani dropped out of the senate race against killary, did he endorse Rick Lazio? I do know he refused to relinquish some 18mill in campaign donations from nys republican party. same could happen here.
