That's the usual route. Ground trans Rehobeth to Dover. AF1 Dover to JBA. HMX1 from JBA to WH.

It is what? An hour and a half by car (if you have whirly lights clearing the road for you).
What is a direct trip by Helo? It is certainly within range... Many opportunities for switches and clandestine meetings...

About 45-60 min from RB to Dover over land. Probably 30 min from Dover AFB to JBA via AF1. About 15 min from JBA to WH via helo.
