Reminds me of ultima online when the island of skara brae (ireland basically) was overrun with stray cats because the algo had them reproduce too quickly so people were going around murdering little npc cats and making people either laugh or get angry. It think it was called catmogeddon or something

Australia had - has a huge problem with rabbits. Same to a certain extent with cats. Seen shows where they "Here kitty kitty" blamo. Same with rabbits.
