No details other than a random video on Instagram that a family member sent asking if it’s real. I’ve seen a large amount of gore via videos and real life with the Marine Corps. It looks like a fake head to me. Does anyone have any sauce on this? I have checked 3 gore websites that usually document this stuff and there’s nothing. Dunno how long it will stay up on IG. I don’t have IG nor do I know their policies involving gore. All info is appreciated.
