I'm wondering if Wray was part of the plan and been playing his part since the beginning. If so, has he been compiling evidence in his years of being there with his probable unfettered access to everything? Then when "told" to resign, only after a seemingly HUGE reason to cause him to resign? He does so and takes all the collected evidence with him. Just a thought.
