Your reading chart incorrectly. It's a decrease of 69 million, not a total. I'd go with a combo of vaccinations and deportations as far as how we do that.

You're reading it wrong, unless you are saying world population will drop by 6.9 billion people. Red arrow is easy way to see what moves up and down.
