I did, I'm not seeing any video where someone in Biden's administration directly says she's the Border Czar, the only media I see are small outlets.

CNN, MSNBC said the term "border czar". Biden put her in charge of the border and policy. I'm at work. Keep digging, you'll find it. Hell, you may even find it on YouTube.
