Ask yourself: “Is that knowable?” - when someone is making a definitive statement. Sometimes it is not knowable at all based on where we are at the time & sometimes the statement is coming from a source that is not in a position to know for sure or to know at all.

Consoder this information warfare tactic: DILUTION.
Are they flooding the information space with random things that may be interesting but impossible to prove in the moment and the effect is to dilute the truth so it is harder and harder to discern?

Like Wrays casting doubt on the assassination bullet would be dilution.
...or having detailed information about the drone but not knowing whether there was a scope on the gun and twice calling casings cartridges. [thanks Chris Martin!] Dilution!
