Thats right, but the nasty thing about this is that it has the power to destroy the whole planet. There is chatter that he did try this weapon out on a deserted part of Siberia, Tunguska.
And then there is the hum that went around the world in 2018, the frequency of this VLF hum was 17 seconds apart:
