You know George Webb has been reporting that Crooks practiced shooting at the same range as many LE? They could’ve easily grabbed a few casings from his spent ammo at the range and planted those on the roof to thwart investigators as well. Even then I assume local LE is covering up. Maybe that’s why SS is silent - they really have egg on their face. They are probably too trusting of other LE and it creates holes in security, like this. Then again there could be a few there totally in on it. Wouldn’t take that many.
