FWIW I’ve long known Black folk would see through the libtarded bullshit faster and more clearly than many whites. I had a 30+ year career in the public sector wherein I supervised many people from all walks of life. I never had an issue with anyone, or their culture. I assigned and promoted according to inherent talent, interest, and merit. And I never liked when anyone tried to kiss my ass. And every year during evaluations, I asked for their honest and voluntary feedback on MY performance, whether they wanted to be anonymous about it or not. And I did so long before evaluations of supervisors were required. Sure, I got some constructive criticisms that maybe I didn’t want to initially hear. But the most HONEST and brief feedback invariably came from black people. They have a way of telling it like it is without obfuscation. And I really respect that in any human being.
