I have to disagree. I think Maduro is backed by CIA. CIA is running a live simulation on how communist can work, experimented on Venezuela, and they failed because people rose up. So they're abandoning the mission for now to subdue the people. maybe in another decade when people have forgotten, they'll start again. This experiment was for one purpose- so they can try it here back home.

As for BRICS, the new leader can agree to join too, unless it's another CIA puppet in disguise.
