Agent Sketchy is wearing a Secret Service uniform, but Sgt. Gregory Nicol reportedly "is a K-9, SWAT countersniper specialist part of the team dispatched by the Beaver County Emergency Unit - ESU."

but Agent Sketchy is a Secret Service member, or at least is dressed as such . So i agree it cannot be him, even tho he looks much like him
