I don't think they are Amish. The guy in the yellow shirt was using a cell phone. Mennionite, maybe?

Amish pretty much all got their cell phones.. you even see the kids playing on their phones when parents aren't looking while they're riding the buggies down the road. Pretty sure their screen time is a lot less than ours, though.
