One thing I did notice that plays into this, the blood on the roof-man's face was very much DRIED blood. Which suggests a certain amount of time passes before the photo is taken. Standard timeline would be much shorter than this and blood needs time to dry. That could be tested for, how long until a blood trail dries and cracks in the weather conditions there? what would be the interval in standard timeline vs this one that is longer?

I pointed out the dried blood too when I first saw the pic. Not just dried but cracked like it had been baking for a while IMO.
Also, looked like he was shot from the side, not front.
