The blur effect would be dependent on frame rate of the video and, the speed of the bullet. Both of those variables are unknowns.
That's fair, but because we see the "bullet" for 5-6 frames, that means the video must have a very high speed FPS, greater than 8000 frames per second in all likelihood. Consumer cameras don't have that capability. I still think it's an insect catching the light or something.
Canon R7 offers 1/16,000 shutter speed.
That may be so but at 120fps that frame rate is nowhere close to being able to capture a bullet for 5-6 frames consecutively.
1/16,000 of a second is REALLY fast and can freeze action. I'm not saying it is a bullet, someone just said 1/8000 is as fast as you can get on a commercial camera.
Again, the speed of the bullet is an unknown variable. It could be moving at sub-sonic velocity.
