None of the DCPD officers or USSS agents seem concerned because that thing wasn't a bomb. It's a training aid, nothing more. They all knew it was, too. No one was in any actual danger, except for those unfortunate enough to be caught up in the subsequent "muh insurrectionist" dragnet.
