I would expect 640 - 660 nm as that's a common wavelength for LEDs. I wondered if it required a more specific wavelength.
Currently, I'm using sunlight. I sit outside, twice, for ten minutes a day, facing the sun with my eyes closed. Full spectrum and very strong, here in the Mediterranean!
I think sunlight is fantastic for you. I would like my mom to start doing that in the morning, so I think I’m going to encourage her and do it with her.
Please encourage her but NO suncream. Make sure she limits exposure, especially towards midday. I try to do it at 9 am and 3 pm and I cover my neck, which is prone to burning.
I face the sun for 5 minutes and sit with my back towards it for 10 minutes because I have herniated discs.

I’ll let her know. Thanks for the tip.
