The article says Payouts to victims may start in 2025... long after their insurance benefits expire. These victims been prevented from rebuilding with stupid regulations, and eventually they'll be forced to sell. This settlement is a day late and a dollar short.

Its all for show. Pretty sure most of that money gets eaten along the way by the corrupt handlers before a fraction of it reaches the victims.
