Any sooner than 1-21-2023 would prevent Trump from being eligible for the next 4 years because he'd exceed the total limit of ten years. And 1-21-2023 coincides with Elon's tweet about V11.3

The point I was trying to make was that a Trump reinstatement wouldn't have even possible before 1-21-2023 if he's planning on getting ten years. Anything before 1-21-2023 would have automatically knocked him out of another run.
