This is not I Pet Goat II, its nothing like it. Here is the original which I downloaded when it came out. What this is I don't know.

You should take a look at the commenter's link before dismissing it entirely. It's clearly the same video with a longer cut, including more material.

Why the difference? Don't know. But it's possible YT took it off and forced some cuts to allow it to be kept online.
