Allahu Akbar does not mean God is great. It means Allah is great. Allah, the god of iIslam is NOT the same god as Christianity or Judaism. Allah is the moon god of the ancient Arabs, one of 365 gods worshipped in the area around Mecca. Muhammad was intrigued but monotheism, so he elevated Allah, the moon god, to be the god rather than one of the gods. As with any polytheistic religion, the gods are demons, not deities.
They do not see the Christian Heavenly Father God as a different entity from their Allah. They believe Jesus was merely a great prophet who did not have a resurrection. They believe that we believe the third person of the Trinity is Mary. They believe the Bible is partly correct but corrupted by the church. Anything that disagrees with their beliefs is corrupted.
