No one is the Democratic nominee until the DNC officially declares a candidate.

Any questions about her or the race should be responded with "I don't even know if she is going to be the DNCs choice."

Do they allow delegates to change their vote before the end of the voting period like our U.S. House of Representatives allows in their rules? Because I am pretty sure that I read that the delegates have until Monday to vote.

Therefore, there is not a candidate until then.

I'm pretty sure.

Correct, delegates can be convinced/threatened to change their votes.
