About 800,000 men went into hiding in Ukraine, changing their address and working unofficially - to avoid being drafted, Dmytro Natalukha, the Verkhovna Rada's Economic Affairs Committee's head, told Financial Times.

An observant person could logically ask, if the Ukrainians had a strong army and plenty of equipment at the beginning of this conflict, the massive continuing support of NATO countries and are reportedly winning, why is it necessary to forcefully conscript every healthy male off the streets? ANSWER: Ukraine is not winning.
