This is a major problem with the legal and “justice” system, it has been infiltrated with religious zealots who believe there are multiple genders.

They hate straight males and females, particularly white, hence the biased sentencing. They want to destroy western values and society and are doing it from within the system.

No person should be allowed participate in the “justice” system if they have any form of bias or denial of factual reality. No exceptions.
