Keep in mind you may be seeing early stages of the zombie apocalypse. Totally not kidding, look up some of the neurological research places like MIT or even smaller universities like Oakland in SE Michigan have been doing with 5G and trying to connect people's minds to the internet. The cabal televised it as biological, it's looking more like nanotechnology from the Borg.
