He couldn't handle being in an environment where he couldn't pedo kids in his off time.

Had a lieutenant commander who too the money for years to drill. 911 call ups started and he resigned his commission. A few other navy officer in bouse did as well. Embarrassing. Not one enlisted man shirked their duty.
