I'm up for some emergency xrp, but haven't dealt with any crypto yet. There are many like me and we could use some direction. Where is the best and safest places to buy and store? Any help is most appreciated. I'm good on cash, silver, bartering, and zero debt, so now I'm not so hesitant to at least stick my pinky toe into the crypto game.
I use coinbase app just because it's the easiest and as a beginner and no time to do much research i do long term investment and only XRP, so the fee doesn't really bother me. Some links:

So this is likely the announcement with Elon tonight. I trust President Trump and getting out from under one fiat regime is likely essential to breaking out of the chains from the existing cabal. That said I fear things like paypal, plans of neurallink and the like are just new and very likely even more dangerous shackles...

Webull doesn't support XRP at this point and should DJT Jr. prophecy of a new coin become available, Where would/should I go to start purchasing? Again, new at the crypto thing. Any advice, guidance would be greatly appreciated.
