Yes you are 100% correct And that was the main point of the OP, it just does not show very well in the picture. The chains are broken. And what an amazing coincidence that the painting from 1797 "Lucifer summoning his legions" looks just like the Statue of Liberty. And the broken chains at the feet… 👀

Boggles my mind how anyone can just shrugged their shoulders and think it means nothing. It's like they learned nothing from Q.
