The issue here is not what paper ballots were counted, but what happened to the 1.7 MILLION votes that were imaged and counted then "lost" to give Joe the win. Those 1.7 MILLION votes, as far as anyone knows, could have all been for Trump. Prove me wrong. The images of the original votes are REQUIRED by state law to be retained for a specified period of time. They were not. Verdict? The election is fraudulent. The paper ballots could have easily been backfilled to reach the required numbers after the fact, a recount did not happen for days.
