The first witness was from a guy from the Secretary of State's office. He was presented as an expert witness in Election Rules. He testified that he was a lurker on Telegram under the user name Jerry(?) House and became concerned when he saw what he thought was a screenshot of bios pwds for Mesa County. So, the SoS went (raided 👈 my word for it) Mesa County elections office. He later testified that the only people authorized to enter the tabulation room were county elections officials.

My Question , Did the SoS violate their own rules when they did this?

The guy testified that the SoS does not have the authority to do criminal investigations.

So, What gave SoS the authority to conduct the raid of Mesa County elections?
