Does Kamala Harris meet the constitutional requirement of being president? Is she a native born citizen if her parents were not citizens? If so, does that mean any "anchor baby" born here to an illegal can run for President even if they and their parents are deported?

Regardless, does she meet the rules for being placed on the ballot. Before Biden stepped down, there was a lot of talk that he could not be replaced on the ballot in 2 or 3 states unless he actually died.
