Does Kamala Harris meet the constitutional requirement of being president? Is she a native born citizen if her parents were not citizens? If so, does that mean any "anchor baby" born here to an illegal can run for President even if they and their parents are deported?

I maintain the view that she was not eligible to run for VP let alone President.
