Nicol has been the face of the three snipers in the building. Now we need to know who the other two are.

Nicol left his post a few minutes before assassination attempt(first shot fired at 6:11:33pm) to look for shooter.
Third sniper left his post shortly before assassination attempt to let Nicol back into the building because Nicol had locked himself out of building.
No video is shown that Nicol left building until after assassination attempt.
