That's a stupid offer. There are thousands of Venezuelan military leaders, business leaders, government officials and their families that rely solely on Maduro staying in power. If he leaves, everyone else relying on him are tossed to the wolves.

Maduro wouldn't survive for more than 30-days if he ever made a deal like that to save his own skin.
