Is This sent to the SCOTUS? WE as a USA will have Justice and Law, OR WE will have anarchy/liberal/communism. The 'Law' is ALL that make Us a nation. When a SICK twisted communist 'judge' commits treason and breaks The law they are admitting to treason.

There isn’t a direct appeal to SCOTUS in this scenario - it will have to go through multiple other appellate courts before it can be appealed to SCOTUS.
