It's about the blood that was found in the bathroom of the American Glass building, speculation was that this blood came from "Agent Sketchy", or from the officer who had climbed onto the roof before he dropped off again after half a second.

This new footage (together with the audio fragment from the clip provided in my first comment) now points to Trooper Graham as being the most plausible source of the blood that was found in the bathroom of the American Glass building.
