Cut off the free money and their free housing and medical,and the work permits.

Most will leave on their own.

Maybe offer them free flights. They have allready stolen enough and shipped it home,that they can live like kings in their home country.

They are not going to spend their own money for apartments and several hundred a week in grocery.
