Oh, the magical money printing machine. Thank goodness 1st generation homeowners who have received free healthcare, free food, free housing and free education can now get a free down payment on a home. I will sleep better knowing this. Those of us with "blood in this soil" since the 1600s will get a 3rd job and carry on.
