Has there ever been a 'gang member' that ALWAYS has a firearm ASK for a 'permit'? The SCOTUS should have used this to END the liberal/communist attempt to destroy the 2nd Amendment by stating OUT LOUD that The Armed Citizen has NEVER BEEN the Crime problem.
