On a side note, I'm thinking there's another reason Trump is quiet on the conspiracy front regarding his shooting.
The second he starts getting conspiratorial in his speaking, the left will have the green light to push the "Trump wasn't really shot." narrative. It's perfect cover, "Well he's pushing conspiracy theories about the shooting too so it's the same thing!" and Trump doesn't want to give them that cover.
