If "Ukraine" (plus NATO) pulls this off---and I expect they will be squelched by the Russians---it clearly opens the door for a demolition of Kiev by Iskander missiles, which are fearsome kinetic energy weapons as well as deliverers of conventional warheads. I think the Russians will be VERY interested in taking prisoners of any British, French, or Polish participants, not only for propaganda and embarrassment value, but as pretext for knocking out some Polish airbases as an object lesson. But that is idle fancy.
