I think Jesus didn’t advocate that but says:
Dear Pedes and Frens in faith, please allow me to put this out there in a nutshell. I cannot speak for the others but I do know what the Bible scriptures says and doesn’t say. The word of God Almighty takes precedence over any man or movements of the day. Whatever anyone promises you of a ‘great awakening’ or a utopia will be surpassed by God’s promises by many magnitude over.
Having said that. It is the duty of those who follow Christ to be the ultimate sh*t stirrers in spreading the Good News of the impending Kingdom of God and his judgment upon the world. We will not achieve these objectives by sitting on our hands or unwilling to challenge others’ perspectives, or for fear of causing ‘disunity’ or ‘disharmony’ or ‘disturbing peace’. But through voluntary persuasion and sound reasoning - even if it means loosing friends and family.
At the end of the day the sh*t show that is Trump/Q-anon phenomenon won’t matter much - though fascinating as it is. The Kingdom of God WILL proceed exactly to the set timetable, regardless. This is the real Nothing Can Stop What Is Coming.
Matthew 10:34-36 has to be said because the gospel is so simple in that it only requires a confession of ones sins and belief in Jesus as your personal savior. The world tells us that we need to "jump through hoops" in order to obtain salvation. This can include anything from fasting for a set time, helping a charity for penance, or even strapping a bomb to yourself, walking into a bar in Israel, and blowing yourself up.
