This clip shows the reflection of two SUV headlights with motion parallax onto the second window of the AGR building.
This serves as evidence to show that the light point in the third window but 4 seconds after this clip, is not a reflection of a distant light source because there is no parallax then.
Since a muzzle flash was also ruled out as possiblity, Goodman now proposes that it was a laser range finder pressed against the inside of the third window by Greg Nicol.
