The WH doesn't use staging companies who use U-Haul rental trucks. They would use one of several larger staging companies in the DC area, all of whom use branded trucks. Not saying that the U-Haul was there for staging, but it is slightly suspicious. TBH, I'm not sure if U-Haul or other rental trucks are even allowed on WH grounds. They usually want trucks with a traceable history and a USDOT number. That said, I'm sure they can make exceptions.
