Merck MMR case ruling: "You can defraud the American people when government agencies go along with it"
An Appeals Court has ruled that it is OK for drug companies to make false claims as long as the regulators don't object. This has huge negative implications for whistleblowers going forward.
Chevron case.
To defraud = criminal. Agencies cannot set their own laws.
This will probably to on to SCOTUS ....
Sure hope these demons get charged. We need ropes.
As I get older, I realize the 'tinfoil hat' folks I heard about in my youth, were on to something ...
autism decrease?
That would be me...I was one of the tinfoil mad hatters.
DON'T TAKE THE VACCINES. DON'T TAKE ANYTHING FROM THE PHARMACEUTICALS
OMG!!! You know what that just leads to a much bigger lawsuit against the government agencies! There’s no choice.
Sure hope we win, but then, I didn't take it.
Same! I have a friend who worked for Merck and retired abruptly last year. I wondered how much she knew and if her elaborate story as to why she left was true. I didn’t ask at the time because I’ve seen her so infrequently but I would today. I don’t think she gets out of this clean even if she knew little. People are going to be pissed when they realize the 15 people who have died wasn’t age related or “just happened”!
If you ask, please let me know. I would appreciate it. Curiosity kill brain-dead. LOL
I just searched on her name and ZERO comes up! That’s strange!
Scrubbed.
Agreed!
Civil service “judges” rule that it’s ok if civil servants and private companies lie to the citizens to promote harmful products once they agree on the lies.
Anyone see a problem with this form of “justice” we are asked to follow and respect?
sue the judges.
Dismantling the civil service and rebuilding from the ground up is the only way to fix this, worldwide problem.
It will take a long time to correct this.
*f world.
