My take would be the population start of the exposure of just how sick these people really are. if you look back in history, specifically back to August 2019, you will get some connections:

• Raniere’s NXIVM trial where a conviction was upheld.

• The New York State Health Department suspended Dr. Brandon Porter’s medical license, finding that he conducted studies without proper human research review committee oversight. Porter was a key figure in NXIVM’s medical research arm.

• NXIVM’s “Vanguard Week” where in every August, NXIVM members would gather in Silver Bay, New York, to celebrate Keith Raniere’s birthday, known as “Vanguard Week”, which had expanded from a single day to 11 days.
