heh, I feel like this, along with a ton of things implemented need a clause in them that states clearly that every word in this document stands on the MEANING of that word as it stands the date that this has been written. They been changing word meanings and public knowledge of what a word means so much that, they try and argue older documents with the new meanings of words what, changes the outcomes of judgments.
